Imagehello people , new aquareef 400 , total beginners so looking/hoping to get plenty of advice and help , all set up and ready for water ! ... I think , hopefully no leaks !

Ok so water getting delivered on Monday , so I’ll get sand and live rock in just before water , what additives or water treatments do I need to cycle tank , tia

Most of the guys here are repeating them self over and over ...
Your best bet is to use search button read read read...
you will find all info needed when searching, if you still don't get it then ask away :}

Mate.

Get the water up to temp. Set up rock and sand Turn on all equipment including light on whatever schedule you plan to run it on. Do some tests to get a base line. Make sure all your levels are correct initially. A good tip is to run levels that match your salt mix. Get some good bacteria to help it along also.

What filtration system are you planning to use?
