Introduction:
Hello and welcome to my tank journal.

System Objectives: A nice part of marine life in my loungeroom for me and my family to enjoy.

System Type: Mixed Reef

Display System:

Strike up Date: Date system started 16/10/20012

Display Tank: 4x2x2

Display Lighting: 1 x white 36watt and 1 x blue - T8 40watt

Stand: Stand specifications. Pine.

Hood: Hood specifications. Pine

Sump: 2 Foot with 2200lph pump

Refugium: Refugium Specifications if applicable. N/A

Refugium Lighting: Lighting specifications. N/A


Support systems:

System Water: Salt Water

Display Water circulation: Wavemaker 6000l/h

Return Pump: Aqua One 2200l/h

Skimmer: Boyu 1400l/h

Evaporation Top Up: Manual


Chemical Support:

Calcium Addition: N/A

Alkilinity Addition: N/A

Other Chemical Maintenance: N/A

Current Water Chemistry:

Ammonia - 0.00 ppm
Nitrite - 0 ppm
Nitrate - 0 ppm
Calcium - 00 ppm
KH - 00 dKH
Phosphate - 0 ppm

Salinity / Specific Gravity: 1.024

Im thinking the 2200l/h pump in the sump isn't enough its flowing but im not happy with it :(

Looking good :clap:
If your not happy with your return pump I would suggest you go to a 5000lph pump & run a flexible pipe from it up to where it goes into the tank as your PVC return has a few 90 degree turns in it & that will slow the flow rate down allot,with a flexible hose it will be a more gentle curve & cause less restrictions.
