The NuvoAquarium Shallow Reef series is a rather uniquely designed aquarium, being wide and shallow. This allows a perfect view point both from the side and from the top, along with allowing for ease of live rock and coral placement - there is no need to carefully balance rocks half a meter high up anymore. Additionally, the shallowness allows for most of the corals to receive a large amount of light, which promotes much more choices where before hobbyists had to choose corals carefully based on the depth of the tank and how much light is diffused down.

There are three models available - NuvoAquarium Shallow Reef 60, 80 and 120. All Shallow Reefs are 24" (60cm) wide and 16" (41cm) tall. In order, they are 3' (92cm), 4' (122cm) and 6' (183cm) long.
