Can dalua ss led be upgraded for coral use?

Hi all

new to the forum and the hobby, I have recently purchased a 5x2x2 aquarium and sump. It came with a Dalua ss fresh water light and I was wondering if the led's could be replaced with coral growing led's.

If not what are the best options for lights and is a lighting system with a full 24 hour automatic cycle really necessary?
