Malamine board covered most of my sins :pirate:

Only the doors and a few minor adjustments and we should be done.

My stand is 95% completed. I only have the door at the front and cladding to do once the tank on the stand. Not the best job in the world but it'll do!

I just finished gluing at the sections in the sump and it's in the stand

It's been an eventful new year :)

Here comes the fun part. Bought 40kg of Calgrit today, damn it took awhile to wash it. My back aches, I think I'm getting too old for this :roflmao:

Good catching up with you edi. Thanks for the frags. They are doing well in the tank. One of the frags is showing blue polyps. Hoping the birds nest colours up.

Not much progress lately, there's been abit of a delay with some hardware. I managed to snap up this bad boy rock work, it's been sitting in the rain for a couple days and drying out. If it looks familiar, then you're probably right. I got it from rodneyrid (the master of aquascaping). I'll be jazzing it up some more, bring the aqua kneadit and super glue.

Water in and the cycling has started!! Exciting times!

Water abit dusty because of the sandbed. It'll clear up soon.

Using existing rock to seed the new tank. Isolating it to keep the any unwanted pests out.

Been adding Continuum Gen M 25ml a day since Sunday 08/02/15 to help speed up the cycle.

10 days of cycling brown algae (diatoms) staring to appear and my ammonia sitting at around 2ppm

11 days of cycling brown algae (diatoms) spreading rapidly. Ammonia still 2ppm
