This is the cabinet prior to new doors, side panels. Also stripped and laquered it.

I'm still playing around with the placement of the wavemakers.
All of the shots look really blue thanks to my hopeless photography skills

This was supposed to have been a rock with zoas on it until the rock decided it was actually a bivalve mollusc!

Any comments or criticism are welcome.
I'll add a coral and fish list soon too.

I think your aqua-scape works well with the dogs leg on the left and the small bommie on the right. From front on it looks like a horseshoe, while everything is still relatively open (or not obstructed from view) looking on the RHS of the tank. Nice set up :)

Very nice! Looks great and there is plenty of color and movement and the fish will love the space to swim around in.

Just finished getting the new 36x14x20 sump ready.
I bought a new 3ft tank and used a couple of spare tanks I had and cut them up to make the baffles.

The chamber with the egg crate will only be for frags.
The coral requiring lower light will obviously be on the base and anything requiring higher light will be on the removable egg crate shelf.
It will be a couple of days until I install it.

Well I managed to install my new sump a couple of nights ago and also set up a new auto top up system.

After I installed it and tried to refill it I realised I needed another 40ltrs of NSW to get the system running.
Of course this was at 11:45pm so I had to shoot off to the boat ramp at midnight to collect more water!! :wall:

The new sump is 36x14x20. The first section is for macro, second section for frags, third section for the skimmer and fourth for the return pump.

I'm running a double T5 unit over it for now with one white and one blue tube.

I still have to tidy up the cords and put the back on the cabinet yet.

I used to have the auto top up container (10ltr) in the cabinet but it won't fit due to the new sump.
I've now placed a 20ltr drum in the top of my fish cupboard 4mtrs away and run the air line through the wall to the sump.
This is the drum in the cupboard and the dual airline fitting for feed to the sump and to fill from the ro unit.

This is where it comes through the wall (situated behind a futon).

The float valve for the auto top up.

Thanks for looking!

Thanks Kell!

Been putting a lot of work inot the coral placement over the last couple of weeks and bought a lot more.
I'm nearly happy with where most things are at the moment and its changed heaps since the photos above.
I'll get an fts and a few other shots in the next few days. Hopefully I can work out how to get some shots that aren't bloody blue!
