pretty happy with the scape, ignore the crap floating around in the water and the ugly light frame that will go as soon as my powermodule arrives
next thing to do is put some substrate in and move the majority of the corals back up from the sump

guess its time for an update, a gloomy one at that, the only fish i have at the moment are my pair of clowns, all other fish jumped to there deaths one night :-s no clue why happened but i found my kole tang, flasher wrasse and orchid dottyback on the ground the next morning. :bawling:
i have given most of my corals to a friend and am just letting the tank settle for a few months before anything else is added. coraline has begun to take and the rocks and glass are getting nice and spotty.

i have had the powermodule running for around a month now and all i can say is best light ever :o
ive also added a mp40wes a while back big thanks to pete at 100% reef safe for that  that along with the two tunze 6045's seems to give me a perfect amount of flow.
picked up and ATB nano b off of another member this morning  and cant wait to get that hooked up after work tonight

i still need to reorganise my dosing pump and redo the clading on the cabinent, but other than that the tank has been going fine.

the mp40 is located in the center of the two main bommies on the back wall, as high as it can go because of the tank having an external weir.so maybe 6 inches from the top of the tank. i have it running on lagoon mode at around 70%

skimmers hooked up and running, wow what a beast, i think the collection cup lid of the ATB weighs more than the entire collection cup from my marine sources skimmer.

Thanks man, i run both of mine on the back wall on reef crest and long pulse mode. I like the movement the long pulse gives my tank, and am hoping its enough flow for my SPS corals.

I have the same skimmer as you, they are great and well made, you should think about getting a Avast swabbie, it works well and keep the skimmer running at 100% efficiency.

tank has been neglected over the last couple months mainly due to work and family commitments, but have done a large overhaul the last couple days, cleaning the glass, removing marco from the display changing gfo, and cleaning most of the sump equipment.
have done a 100 liter water change yesterday and will do another today, have started using brightwell aquatics neomarine ASW rather than nsw

corals in the tank are almost non existent at the moment with the exception of some zooanthids and a couple of softies.

i have bought some more fish though, a pair of smith fang blennies one of which just dissapeared and the other that doesnt seem to eat any food i put in the tank, so pretty dissapointed on that front. I also added a secretive wrasse which is so fat from eating all the pods in the tank he looks like a tiny orange submarine clowns are still doing well as always. now that i have started to get things back on track my next step is to get the dosing pump set back up and then slowly start adding sps to the tank. also picked up a pair of lawnmower blennies today

No sadly, tank started leaking. Then actually gave way at one of the seams when I was emptying it.
