Thanks Rod :). Yeah, the lights have always been that high. I've always wondered if I should lower them a bit, but I was scared the hammers sitting high in the tank would get cooked. Any thoughts mate?

Thanks Leo :). I'll have to do an update with the new sump.

Thanks so much for your kind comments and thanks also for reading our tank journal  .

I'm really happy that you like our tank, we really like it too.

We had a 12 hour blackout the other day which was quite stressful, the critters and coral seem to be ok which is great. Hopefully there wasn't too much long term damage. So far, all looks ok.

Here's a couple of pics to show how the gang are lookin' :).

Thanks again,
Jamie

G'day Geoff and Ben, it's great to hear from you guys :).

Geoff, I'm glad you like what you see and also like our Atlantic Blue, he's such a beautiful fish. I hope you're well mate and that your tank is looking great!

Ben, I'm glad you like the tank too mate, the Goni is bright but not as bright as it appears in the photo. I hope you're great mate, and do you have a reef lurking about somewhere, mate?

Thanks again for stoppin' by guys, it's always good to hear from you two  .

Cheers,
Jamie

Thanks heaps Mike :).

Yeah, our Big Blue is a real beauty!

The hammers are doing really well. Since changing the sump around late last year the tank has been coming along really nicely. The changes to the sump were basically bigger return pumps and a miracle mud chamber.

Thanks again mate,
Jamie

G'day Guys,

The tank is still going and has transformed into the 'House Of Flubber and Sticks'. Meller was right, we did succumb to the sticks, just took a few years  .

All is well here and I hope all is well with everyone out there too :) .

Cheers guys, have a good one  .

what is sad is that post was still on the first page of my recent posts.

Looks absolutely amazing, you should post some of the other pics you have taken lately. If it was my tank id be showing it to random people on the street, you should be very proud mate.
